The Blockade Arcade was developed as an entertaining yet educational convention game targeting transplant physicians. Originally developed for 50 inch touchscreen plasmas and later ported to a downloadable game for the web, players first learn about key immune system cells and their effect on allograft acceptance or rejection from a brief tutorial. Players then test their knowledge in a fast moving cell elimination game. Scores are tracked and displayed for the duration of the convention, allowing players to see how they stack up against the competition.
